In Thursday's league test, the host Orem Tigers lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-8 victory over the Mountain View Bruins.

The Tigers now have a 5-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lehi for a 5A Region 8 test on Tuesday, May 2. Orem will face a Pioneers squad coming off a 15-2 league win over Jordan (Sandy, UT). The Pioneers record now stands at 6-6.

In their next game, the Bruins face the Timpview Thunderbirds (Provo, UT) in a 5A Region 8 test, on Thursday, May 4. Mountain View will attempt to move on its 1-12 season record.
