The crowd at Wednesday's league match between the Patrick County Cougars (Stuart, VA) and the host Blacksburg Bruins (Blacksburg, VA), saw Patrick County's softball squad achieve victory over Blacksburg by a count of 10-0.
The Cougars now sport a 6-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Franklin County for a non-league match on Friday, April 15. Patrick County will face a Eagles squad coming off a 8-5 non-league win over Bassett (Bassett, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 6-4.
