The Monroe Bearcats got by the visiting Cascade Bruins softball squad by a count of 10-9 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Bearcats meet the Marysville Getchell (Marysville, WA) in a 2A/3A Wesco challenge, on Wednesday, April 22. Monroe will attempt to upgrade on its 7-7 season record. The go into the challenge with a 2-10 record after their 9-0 league loss to Snohomish (Snohomish, WA).
