Spectators at Thursday's league battle between the Moorefield Yellowjackets (Moorefield, WV) and the host Pendleton County Wildcat (Franklin, WV), saw Moorefield's baseball squad beat Pendleton County by a margin of 7-5.
In their next game, the Yellowjackets encounter the Valley Greyhounds (Smithers, WV) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, April 13. Moorefield will attempt to better on its 5-1 season record.
