    Jacob Scipio has been named player of the year. "The 2020 Nitro Wildcats MaxPreps Boys Soccer Player of the Year Award goes to senior defender, Jacob Scipio. Coach Brandon Lacy said, "Jacob has great leadership skills and works hard, on and off the field. During the off-season, his work in the weight room was inspiring to others to work hard too. He has a very positive attitude towards his teammates and coaches. He influenced many of the younger players in how to practice and how to play hard." Jacob was named to the West Virginia AA-A All Region 4 2nd Team. He was a four year starter for the Wildcats. Congratulations Jacob!"
