Hahni Johnson has been named player of the year. "She is the top setter in the state. She has played on Varsity for 4 years and has been a starting setter all 4 years that won 3/4 4A state Championship. She also attacks on the right side and set in at 6-2 system because she was such a smart and great hitter. She was an All State and All Conference selection for the last 2-3 years, she is a captain and was Alaska's Gatorade player of the year last season. This years selection has not come out yet, but we are hoping she is selected again. Along with volleyball she is a role model on and off the court all over the state. She is one of the most sportsmanlike athletes that I have every coached. She is also a high level violinist and also has a love for outdoor sand volleyball and travels in the summer for that. "
