January 2, 2024: Exeter, NE Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Tri County Trojans (DeWitt, NE) and the host Exeter-Milligan/Friend Bobcats (Exeter, NE), saw Tri County's basketball squad overcome Exeter-Milligan/Friend by a tally of 60-43.
With the victory, Tri County improves its record to 9-1 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Fairbury (Fairbury, NE) to confront the Jeffs in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 4. The Jeffs come into the challenge with a record of 5-6. Fairbury lost 63-27 in their recent non-league challenge against Wood River (Wood River, NE)
Next up, the Bobcats confront the Southern Raiders (Wymore, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 4. Exeter-Milligan/Friend will attempt to improve on its 6-4 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 50-39 league loss to Freeman (Adams, NE).
