South Williamsport Mountaineers (South Williamsport, PA) supporters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Canton Warriors (Canton, PA), 59-30 in a non-league match.

With the victory, South Williamsport advances its record to 6-3 on the year. The Mountaineers travel to Neumann Regional Academy (Williamsport, PA) to face the Golden Knights in a Midd-Penn match on Saturday, January 4. The Golden Knights enter the match with a record of 1-8. Neumann Regional Academy lost 89-69 in their recent non-league match against Central Mountain (Mill Hall, PA)
