Illinois High School Basketball - Midland trounces Calvary Christian Academy
January 3, 2023: Varna, IL 61375 The Midland Timberwolves (Varna, IL) basketball crushed the visiting Calvary Christian Academy Knights (Normal, IL), 54-31 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Timberwolves (13-2) will now prepare for their test against Lexington (Lexington, IL). The Minutemen go into the non-league test with a 14-3 record. In their last test, Lexington walloped Tri-Point (Cullom, IL), 88-9, in a non-league test.
The Knights now own a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clinton for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 7.
