Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Shaler Area topples Plum
January 3, 2023: Pittsburgh, PA 15239 In Tuesday's league outing, the Shaler Area Titans (Pittsburgh, PA) basketball squad beat the host Plum Mustangs (Pittsburgh, PA), by a count of 59-44.
The Titans (8-2) will now prepare for their outing against Woodland Hills (Pittsburgh, PA). The Wolverines go into the WPIAL 5A 2 outing with a 8-2 record. In their last outing, Woodland Hills defeated Armstrong (Kittanning, PA), 75-43, in a league outing.
The Mustangs now hold a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to Fox Chapel for a WPIAL 5A 2 outing on Friday, January 6. Plum will clash with a Foxes squad coming off a 49-37 league loss to Penn Hills (Pittsburgh, PA). The Foxes record now stands at 7-4.
