Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the North Central Thunderbirds (Farmersburg, IN) and the host South Vermillion Wildcats (Clinton, IN), saw North Central's basketball squad wallop South Vermillion by a tally of 77-6.

With the victory, North Central improves its record to 11-8 on the campaign. The Thunderbirds travel to Sullivan (Sullivan, IN) to encounter the Golden Arrows in a non-league test on Tuesday, January 9. The Golden Arrows go into the test with a record of 15-4. Sullivan won 65-50 in their recent league test against South Putnam (Greencastle, IN)
