North Carolina High School Basketball - Berry edges Palisades

The Berry Cardinal (Charlotte, NC) basketball nipped the visiting Palisades Pumas (Charlotte, NC), 50-46 in Friday's league test.

The Cardinal (6-9) will now prepare for their test against Butler (Matthews, NC). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 8-4 record. In their last test, Butler got by Charlotte Catholic (Charlotte, NC), 52-50, in a league test.

The Pumas now own a 3-11 record. They play next when they travel to Harding University for a 4A Conference 49 test on Tuesday, January 10. Palisades will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 50-36 league loss to Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC). The Rams record now stands at 6-9.
