Danbury Hatters (Danbury, CT) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host New Canaan Rams (New Canaan, CT), 60-57 in a league bout.

With the win, Danbury upgrades its record to 4-0 on the season. The Hatters host Trumbull (Trumbull, CT) to play the Eagles in a Fairfield County bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 4-1. Trumbull won 64-41 in their recent league bout against Westhill (Stamford, CT)

Next up, the Rams play the Staples Wreckers (Westport, CT) in a Fairfield County bout, on Tuesday, January 10. New Canaan will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Wreckers go into the bout with a 5-0 record after their 61-54 league win over Ridgefield (Ridgefield, CT).
