Massachusetts High School Basketball - Natick holds off Wellesley
January 6, 2023: Wellesley, MA 02481 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Natick Redhawks (Natick, MA) and the host Wellesley Raiders (Wellesley, MA), saw Natick's basketball squad hold off Wellesley by a tally of 43-39.
With the victory, Natick improves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Redhawks travel to Bishop Feehan (Attleboro, MA) to confront the Shamrocks in a non-league challenge on Sunday, January 8. The Shamrocks come into the challenge with a record of 3-3. Bishop Feehan lost 73-58 in their recent league challenge against Archbishop Williams (Braintree, MA)
Next up, the Raiders confront the Braintree Wamps (Braintree, MA) in a Bay State - Herget challenge, on Tuesday, January 10. Wellesley will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record. The Wamps come into the challenge with a 2-5 record after their 56-32 league loss to Needham (Needham, MA).
