EmmaW was close when the keeper made a fingertip save of her boomer from 20 yd. out. And when their player rejected—with her arms—a ball headed to her face on a hard shot from Lidia--exactly like the call against us that resulted in their PK—we expected that we’d be taking our own PK with about 4 m. left. But that was not to be. With a minute left, Pandora’s throw-in went to Meghan, whose shot was saved but not caught by their keeper, and Dylan put the ball into the net for the kiss-your-sister result.
