The Dell Rapids Quarriers (Dell Rapids, SD) basketball were winner over the host Elk Point-Jefferson Huskies (Elk Point, SD), 48-40 in Saturday's non-league contest.

The Quarriers now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sioux Falls Christian for a A Region 3 contest on Tuesday, January 9. Dell Rapids will meet a Chargers team coming off a 54-52 non-league win over Hamlin (Hayti, SD). The Chargers record now stands at 6-0.
