Maine High School Ice Hockey - Cony can't get by Presque Isle
January 6, 2024: Presque Isle, ME 04769 Presque Isle Wildcats (Presque Isle, ME) fans left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their ice hockey team hold off the visiting Cony Rams (Augusta, ME), 6-5 in a league match.
The Wildcats (3-1) will now prepare for their match against Old Town (Old Town, ME). The Coyotes enter the Class B North match with a 2-3 record. In their last match, Old Town was nipped by St. Dominic (Lewiston, ME), 5-2, in a non-league match.
Next up, the Rams clash with the Camden Hills Windjammers (Rockport, ME) in a Class B North match, on Wednesday, January 10. Cony will attempt to advance on its 2-3 season record. The Windjammers enter the match with a 4-4 record after their 5-4 league loss to Hampden (Hampden, ME).
