Indiana High School Basketball - Northwestern fells Peru

The Northwestern Tigers basketball team scored 63 points and limited the visiting Peru Tigers to 55 in the Tigers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Tigers now have a 6-3 record. They play next when they host Hamilton Heights for a non-league game on Friday, January 10. Northwestern will confront a Huskies team coming off a 79-56 non-league win over Trinity Lutheran (Seymour, IN). The Huskies record now stands at 6-5.

With the loss, Peru falls to 5-5 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Oak Hill (Converse, IN) to confront the Golden Eagles in a non-league game on Friday, January 10. The Golden Eagles go into the game with a record of 6-3. Oak Hill won 59-46 in their recent non-league game against Madison-Grant (Fairmount, IN)
