The Meade Mustangs (Fort Meade, MD) basketball edged the visiting Broadneck Bruins (Annapolis, MD), 58-54 in Friday's league bout.

The Mustangs now possess a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to Severna Park for a Anne Arundel County bout on Monday, January 13. Meade will play a Falcons team coming off a 51-47 non-league loss to Annapolis (Annapolis, MD). The Falcons record now stands at 6-2.
