South Dakota High School Basketball - Roncalli tops Faulkton
January 11, 2022: Faulkton, SD 57438 Roncalli Cavaliers (Aberdeen, SD) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Faulkton Trojans (Faulkton, SD), 45-34 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Roncalli upgrades its record to 7-0 on the campaign. The Cavaliers travel to Groton (Groton, SD) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Friday, January 14. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 4-5. Groton lost 55-38 in their recent non-league bout against Aberdeen Christian (Aberdeen, SD)
Next up, the Trojans play the Aberdeen Christian Knights (Aberdeen, SD) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 18. Faulkton will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record. The Knights come into the bout with a 8-0 record after their 61-39 non-league win over Wakpala (Wakpala, SD).
