South Dakota High School Basketball - White River overwhelms St. Francis Indian
January 12, 2023: White River, SD 57579 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the White River Tigers (White River, SD) and the visiting St. Francis Indian Warriors (St. Francis, SD), saw White River's basketball squad wallop St. Francis Indian by a tally of 63-19.
With the victory, White River improves its record to 4-4 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Hills-Beaver Creek (Hills, MN) to confront the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 14. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 3-8. Hills-Beaver Creek lost 74-43 in their recent league challenge against Southwest Minnesota Christian (Edgerton, MN)
Next up, the Warriors confront the Flandreau Indian Indians (Flandreau, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 16. St. Francis Indian will attempt to improve on its 2-7 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 47-46 non-league loss to Takini (Howes, SD).
