South Dakota High School Basketball - White River crushes Bennett County
January 24, 2023: Martin, SD 57551 White River Tigers (White River, SD) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Bennett County Warriors (Martin, SD), 53-26 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, White River upgrades its record to 6-5 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Colome (Colome, SD) to play the Cowboys in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 26. The Cowboys come into the bout with a record of 0-11. Colome lost 75-45 in their recent non-league bout against Lyman (Presho, SD)
Next up, the Warriors play the Little Wound Mustangs (Kyle, SD) in a A Region 7 bout, on Friday, January 27. Bennett County will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Mustangs come into the bout with a 5-7 record after their 57-24 non-league win over Cheyenne-Eagle Butte (Eagle Butte, SD).
