The Springfield Cougars (Springfield, PA) basketball crushed the visiting Ridley Raiders (Folsom, PA), 53-31 in Friday's league test.

The Cougars (6-4) will now prepare for their test against Overbrook (Philadelphia, PA). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 0-11 record. In their last test, Overbrook was trounced by George Washington (Philadelphia, PA), 60-25, in a league test.

The Raiders now own a 3-8 record. They play next when they host Strath Haven for a Central test on Wednesday, January 19.
