Squalicum Storm (Bellingham, WA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Ferndale Golden Eagles (Ferndale, WA), 68-34 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Squalicum upgrades its record to 16-3 on the season. The Storm travel to Burlington-Edison (Burlington, WA) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 18. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 4-12. Burlington-Edison won 60-32 in their recent non-league bout against Mt. Baker (Deming, WA)

Next up, the Golden Eagles play the Mount Vernon Bulldogs (Mount Vernon, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 21. Ferndale will attempt to improve on its 3-7 season record.
