California High School Basketball - Terra Nova tops Oceana
January 15, 2024: Pacifica, CA 94044 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Terra Nova Tigers (Pacifica, CA) and the host Oceana Sharks (Pacifica, CA), saw Terra Nova's basketball squad knock off Oceana by a tally of 72-54.
With the victory, Terra Nova improves its record to 8-6 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to San Mateo (San Mateo, CA) to play the Bearcats in a Peninsula - Ocean challenge on Wednesday, January 17. The Bearcats come into the challenge with a record of 8-8. San Mateo won 55-47 in their recent league challenge against South San Francisco (South San Francisco, CA)
Next up, the Sharks play the Westmoor Rams (Daly City, CA) in a Peninsula - Lake challenge, on Wednesday, January 17. Oceana will attempt to improve on its 13-4 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 7-8 record after their 44-38 league win over Sequoia (Redwood City, CA).
