Sequoia Ravens (Redwood City, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Oceana Sharks (Pacifica, CA), 82-50 in a league bout.

With the win, Sequoia upgrades its record to 5-11 on the season. The Ravens host Burlingame (Burlingame, CA) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 20. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 9-8. Burlingame won 52-51 in their recent league bout against Hillsdale (San Mateo, CA)

Next up, the Sharks play the Mills Vikings (Millbrae, CA) in a Peninsula - Lake bout, on Friday, January 26. Oceana will attempt to upgrade on its 13-6 season record.
