South Dakota High School Basketball - Freeman fells Centerville
January 16, 2024: Freeman, SD 57029 Freeman Flyers (Freeman, SD) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Centerville Tornadoes (Centerville, SD), 71-63 in a league bout.
With the win, Freeman upgrades its record to 4-3 on the season. The Flyers host Menno (Menno, SD) to play the Wolves in a B Region 4 bout on Thursday, January 18. The Wolves go into the bout with a record of 0-8. Menno lost 66-19 in their recent non-league bout against Ethan (Ethan, SD)
Next up, the Tornadoes play the Sioux Falls Lutheran (Sioux Falls, SD) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 18. Centerville will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record. The go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 64-54 league loss to Mitchell Christian (Mitchell, SD).
