January 17, 2023: Franklin, OH 45005 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Bishop Fenwick Falcons (Franklin, OH) and the host Franklin Wildcats (Franklin, OH), saw Bishop Fenwick's basketball squad wallop Franklin by a tally of 74-34.
With the victory, Bishop Fenwick improves its record to 10-4 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Archbishop McNicholas (Cincinnati, OH) to confront the Rockets in a Greater Catholic - Central challenge on Friday, January 20. The Rockets come into the challenge with a record of 7-7. Archbishop McNicholas lost 59-23 in their recent non-league challenge against Bishop Watterson (Columbus, OH)
Next up, the Wildcats confront the Oakwood Lumberjacks (Dayton, OH) in a Southwestern Buckeye - East challenge, on Friday, January 20. Franklin will attempt to improve on its 0-12 season record. The Lumberjacks come into the challenge with a 9-4 record after their 53-51 non-league win over Preble Shawnee (Camden, OH).
