In Friday's non-league contest, the host Howells-Dodge Jaguars basketball team scored a big 73-25 win over the Wisner-Pilger Gators.

The Jaguars (10-3) will now prepare for their contest against Mead (Mead, NE). The Raiders come into the non-league contest with a 7-4 record. In their last contest, Mead was trounced by Fort Calhoun (Fort Calhoun, NE), 52-46, in a non-league contest.
