The Homer-Center Wildcats basketball squad (Homer City, PA), was outscored 54-34 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Penns Manor Comets (Clymer, PA)

With the victory, Penns Manor advances its record to 14-2 on the year. The Comets host Marion Center (Marion Center, PA) to meet the Stingers in a Heritage battle on Tuesday, January 21. The Stingers enter the battle with a record of 13-3.

The Wildcats now own a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Shamokin for a Heritage battle on Thursday, January 23.
