Michigan High School Basketball - Fennville can't hold off Calvary Christian
January 18, 2023: Fennville, MI 49408 The Calvary Christian Eagles basketball team scored 76 points and held the host Fennville Blackhawks to 71 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Eagles now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shelby for a non-league contest on Monday, January 23. Calvary Christian will battle a Tigers team coming off a 54-48 league loss to Mason County Central (Scottville, MI). The Tigers record now stands at 5-6.
The Blackhawks (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against Allegan (Allegan, MI). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 4-5 record. In their last contest, Allegan was nudged by Galesburg-Augusta (Galesburg, MI), 70-59, in a non-league contest.
