January 19, 2024: Leesville, LA 71446 The Pickering Red Devils (Leesville, LA) basketball crushed the visiting Glenmora Wildcats (Glenmora, LA), 76-45 in Friday's league test.
The Red Devils (16-7) will now prepare for their test against Avoyelles (Moreauville, LA). The Mustangs go into the 2A District 4 test with a 9-9 record. In their last test, Avoyelles was trounced by Rosepine (Rosepine, LA), 62-54, in a league test.
The Wildcats now own a 11-12 record. They play next when they host Holy Savior Menard for a 2A District 4 test on Tuesday, January 23. Glenmora will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 59-40 league win over Oakdale (Oakdale, LA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-11.
