With the victory, Carencro improves its record to 9-8 on the campaign. The Bears host Barbe (Lake Charles, LA) to play the Buccaneers in a 5A District 3 challenge on Tuesday, January 24. The Buccaneers come into the challenge with a record of 15-7. Barbe won 75-44 in their recent league challenge against Lafayette (Lafayette, LA)
Next up, the Broncos play the Acadiana Rams (Lafayette, LA) in a 5A District 3 challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Sam Houston will attempt to improve on its 10-8 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 3-18 record after their 53-44 league loss to Sulphur (Sulphur, LA).
