Connecticut High School Basketball - Norwich RVT fells Plainfield
January 20, 2023: Norwich, CT 06360 Norwich RVT Warriors (Norwich, CT) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Plainfield Panthers (Central Village, CT), 61-52 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Norwich RVT upgrades its record to 4-8 on the season. The Warriors travel to Windham RVT (Willimantic, CT) to play the Mighty Tigers in a Connecticut Technical - East bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Mighty Tigers go into the bout with a record of 7-3. Windham RVT won 84-57 in their recent non-league bout against Vinal RVT (Middletown, CT)
Next up, the Panthers play the Montville Indians (Oakdale, CT) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 25. Plainfield will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 4-6 record after their 66-36 league loss to Lyman Memorial (Lebanon, CT).
