Georgia High School Basketball - Academy for Classical Education can't hold off Spencer

January 20, 2023: Macon, GA 31210

The Spencer Greenwave basketball team scored 46 points and restricted the host Academy for Classical Education Gryphons to 43 in the Greenwave league victory on Friday.

The Greenwave now sport a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kendrick for a AA Region 2 contest on Tuesday, January 24.

The Gryphons (12-5) will now prepare for their contest against Northeast (Macon, GA). The Raiders come into the AA Region 2 contest with a 10-6 record. In their last contest, Northeast was nudged by Jones County (Gray, GA), 61-38, in a non-league contest.
