The Bronson Vikings basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Springport Spartans to 42 in the Vikings league triumph on Friday.

The Vikings now sport a 11-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Buchanan for a non-league contest on Monday, January 23. Bronson will battle a Bucks team coming off a 56-25 league win over Dowagiac (Dowagiac, MI). The Bucks record now stands at 9-1.

The Spartans (10-2) will now prepare for their contest against Hanover-Horton (Horton, MI). The Comets enter the non-league contest with a 6-6 record. In their last contest, Hanover-Horton was defeated by Michigan Center (Michigan Center, MI), 40-39, in a league contest.
