The Northwestern Tigers basketball team scored 66 points and held the host Peru Tigers to 65 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Tigers now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Twin Lakes for a non-league contest on Friday, January 26. Northwestern will meet a Indians team coming off a 64-44 league win over West Lafayette (West Lafayette, IN). The Indians record now stands at 10-3.

The Tigers (8-7) will now prepare for their contest against Culver Academies (Culver, IN). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 6-5 record. In their last contest, Culver Academies was nudged by Fort Wayne Canterbury (Fort Wayne, IN), 43-36, in a non-league contest.
