Indiana High School Basketball - Western falls to Peru

In Saturday's non-league match, the host Peru Tigers basketball team scored a good 72-59 triumph over the Western Panthers.

In their next game, the Tigers meet the Rochester Zebras (Rochester, IN) in a Three Rivers match, on Friday, February 16. Peru will attempt to move on its 11-9 season record. The Zebras enter the match with a 8-10 record after their 66-56 non-league loss to Triton (Bourbon, IN).

With the defeat, Western moves to 4-15 on the year. The Panthers travel to Benton Central (Oxford, IN) to meet the Bison in a non-league match on Friday, February 16. The Bison enter the match with a record of 13-8. Benton Central won 65-44 in their recent non-league match against Tri-County (Wolcott, IN)
