Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Turkeyfoot Valley Area Rams (Confluence, PA) and the visiting Union Tigers (Mount Storm, WV), saw Turkeyfoot Valley Area's basketball squad wallop Union by a tally of 60-35.

With the victory, Turkeyfoot Valley Area improves its record to 10-4 on the campaign. The Rams host Mapletown (Greensboro, PA) to confront the Maples in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 23. The Maples come into the challenge with a record of 2-10. Mapletown lost 54-39 in their recent league challenge against West Greene (Waynesburg, PA)
