Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Myers Park Mustangs (Charlotte, NC) and the host Berry Cardinal (Charlotte, NC), saw Myers Park's basketball squad wallop Berry by a tally of 79-35.

With the victory, Myers Park improves its record to 16-2 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to A.C. Reynolds (Asheville, NC) to confront the Rockets in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 27. The Rockets come into the challenge with a record of 7-8.

Next up, the Cardinal confront the Palisades Pumas (Charlotte, NC) in a 4A South Meck challenge, on Friday, January 26. Berry will attempt to improve on its 5-12 season record. The Pumas come into the challenge with a 11-7 record after their 64-48 non-league win over West Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC).
