Minnesota High School Basketball - Caledonia trounces St. Charles
January 23, 2024: St. Charles, MN 55972 The Caledonia Warriors (Caledonia, MN) basketball crushed the host St. Charles Fighting Saints (St. Charles, MN), 77-38 in Tuesday's league test.
The Warriors (13-3) will now prepare for their test against La Crescent (La Crescent, MN). The Lancers go into the non-league test with a 13-4 record. In their last test, La Crescent walloped Dover-Eyota (Eyota, MN), 84-61, in a non-league test.
The Fighting Saints now own a 8-11 record. They play next when they travel to Plainview-Elgin-Millville for a AA Section 1 test on Thursday, January 25. St. Charles will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 66-20 non-league win over Rochester STEM Academy (Rochester, MN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-13.
