Minnesota High School Basketball - St. Charles nips Dover-Eyota
December 12, 2023: Eyota, MN 55934 St. Charles Fighting Saints (St. Charles, MN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Dover-Eyota Eagles (Eyota, MN), 74-67 in a league bout.
With the win, St. Charles upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Fighting Saints host Chatfield (Chatfield, MN) to play the Gophers in a AA Section 1 bout on Friday, December 15. The Gophers go into the bout with a record of 3-3. Chatfield won 74-41 in their recent non-league bout against Rochester STEM Academy (Rochester, MN)
Next up, the Eagles play the Plainview-Elgin-Millville Bulldogs (Elgin, MN) in a AA Section 1 bout, on Friday, December 15. Dover-Eyota will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 51-45 league loss to Lewiston-Altura (Lewiston, MN).
