The Amherst Broncos basketball team scored 61 points and held the host Hi-Line [Eustis-Farnam/Elwood] to 20 in the Broncos non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Broncos now sport a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sumner-Eddyville-Miller for a D1 District 10 contest on Thursday, January 25. Amherst will meet a Mustangs team coming off a 65-32 non-league win over Ansley/Litchfield (Ansley, NE). The Mustangs record now stands at 14-1.
