January 24, 2023: Kinston, NC 28504 The Arendell Parrott Academy Patriots basketball team (Kinston, NC), was routed 66-34 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Wayne Christian Eagles (Goldsboro, NC)
The Eagles now sport a 7-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wayne Country Day for a NCISAA Coastal Plain battle on Friday, January 27. Wayne Christian will battle a Chargers team coming off a 96-41 league win over Epiphany (New Bern, NC). The Chargers record now stands at 22-6.
The Patriots (3-14) will now prepare for their battle against Cary Christian (Cary, NC). The Knights come into the non-league battle with a 10-11 record. In their last battle, Cary Christian trounced St. David's (Raleigh, NC), 46-40, in a league battle.
