North Carolina High School Basketball - Greenfield overwhelms Arendell Parrott Academy
January 27, 2023: Wilson, NC 27895 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Greenfield Knights (Wilson, NC) and the visiting Arendell Parrott Academy Patriots (Kinston, NC), saw Greenfield's basketball squad wallop Arendell Parrott Academy by a tally of 93-34.
With the victory, Greenfield improves its record to 24-7 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Wilson Prep (Wilson, NC) to confront the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 28. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 13-6. Wilson Prep won 73-31 in their recent league challenge against Northwest Halifax (Littleton, NC)
Next up, the Patriots confront the John Paul II Catholic Saints (Greenville, NC) in a NCISAA Coastal Plain challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. Arendell Parrott Academy will attempt to improve on its 3-16 season record. The Saints come into the challenge with a 10-9 record after their 53-43 non-league loss to Liberty Christian Academy (Richlands, NC).
