Ohio High School Basketball - Northridge overwhelms Covington
January 24, 2025: Covington, OH 45318 The Northridge Polar Bears basketball team scored 83 points and limited the host Covington Buccs to 52 in the Polar Bears league triumph on Friday.
The Polar Bears now have a 13-3 record. They play next when they host Bethel for a Three Rivers game on Tuesday, January 28. Northridge will confront a Bees team coming off a 52-42 league loss to Lehman Catholic (Sidney, OH). The Bees record now stands at 11-5.
With the loss, Covington falls to 4-12 on the campaign. The Buccs travel to Milton-Union (West Milton, OH) to confront the Bulldogs in a Three Rivers game on Tuesday, January 28. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 3-12. Milton-Union won 49-42 in their recent non-league game against Arcanum (Arcanum, OH)
