North Carolina High School Basketball - Forsyth Home Educators succumbs to South Charlotte

In Friday's league test, the South Charlotte Thunder (Matthews, NC) basketball squad defeated the visiting Forsyth Home Educators Hawks (Winston-Salem, NC), by a final score of 74-56.

Next, the Thunder clash with the Grace Academy Lions (Matthews, NC) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, January 28. South Charlotte will attempt to upgrade on its 6-14 season record. The Lions come into the test with a 16-4 record after their 81-73 non-league win over Walnut Grove Christian (Fort Mill, SC).

The Hawks (8-10) will now prepare for their test against Surry HomeSchool (Mount Airy, NC). The Runnin' Patriots come into the North Carolina Home Education - West test with a 9-16 record. In their last test, Surry HomeSchool went down by Chatham HomeSchool (Pittsboro, NC), 74-46, in a non-league test.
