North Carolina High School Basketball - South Charlotte succumbs to Greater Cabarrus Stallions

December 10, 2024: Concord, NC 28027

The Greater Cabarrus Stallions Stallions defeated the visiting South Charlotte Thunder basketball squad by a final score of 61-47 in Tuesday's league outing.

Next, the Stallions clash with the NC Heat Heat (Greensboro, NC) in a non-league outing, on Friday, December 13. Greater Cabarrus Stallions will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record. The Heat come into the outing with a 5-2 record after their 85-44 non-league win over Community Baptist (Reidsville, NC).

The Thunder (1-8) will now prepare for their outing against Forsyth Home Educators (Winston-Salem, NC). The Hawks come into the North Carolina Home Education - West outing with a 4-5 record. In their last outing, Forsyth Home Educators overcame Surry HomeSchool (Mount Airy, NC), 67-54, in a league outing.
