The Riverside Vikings (Taylor, PA) basketball were winner over the visiting Holy Cross Crusaders (Dunmore, PA), 50-41 in Friday's league bout.

The Vikings now possess a 15-1 record. They play next when they travel to Mid Valley for a Lackawanna 2 bout on Tuesday, January 28. Riverside will play a Spartans team coming off a 54-28 league win over Western Wayne (Lake Ariel, PA). The Spartans record now stands at 9-7.
