The Wyalusing Valley Rams basketball squad (Wyalusing, PA), lost 59-42 in Friday's league battle with the host North Penn-Liberty Mountie (Liberty, PA)

With the victory, North Penn-Liberty advances its record to 10-6 on the year. The Mountie travel to Sayre (Sayre, PA) to meet the Redskins in a Northern Tier battle on Monday, January 27. The Redskins enter the battle with a record of 12-5. Sayre lost 50-31 in their recent league battle against North Penn-Mansfield (Mansfield, PA)

The Rams now own a 2-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Athens for a Northern Tier battle on Monday, January 27. Wyalusing Valley will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 50-45 league win over Northeast Bradford (Rome, PA). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-10.
